ok no but tho Diamond's current backstory works, has a lot of thought poured into it, it could be a lot better.
The night where Diamond supposedly killed her family is the main problem I have with it as it's too extreme even for Diamond. Same goes for Emerald and Amethyst, since they were a big part of that
So for a long time now, I've been trying to change it into something that still has the same result, will work for Labyrinth and yet isn't considered too extreme or sudden

It's quite a challenge but I think I've finally gotten a basic idea of what I want her backstory to be
and I'm so fucking excited to start working on this more
